Cobeco’s 100% natural lubricant contains Carrageenan, which is extracted from red edible seaweeds. Besides it’s thickening properties, it seems to have amazing health benefits. The research group of Dr. Schiller at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland (USA), revealed that carrageenan is an extremely potent infection inhibitor for a broad range of sexually transmitted HPVs (Buck CB, 2006)*
The BDiH in Germany has certified that Cobeco’s 100% natural lubricant is in accordance with the “Natural Product Standard”. A product with the NPS mark „Natural Product – Standard approved by BDiH“ offers a guarantee that the lubricant is 100% natural. Until recently, there has been no certification mark for natural medical devices such as lubricants. This is why in January 2014, the BDiH (German Association of Industri- al and Commercial Enterprises for Medicines, Health Store Food, Dietary Supplements and Cosmetics) developed the „Natural Product Standard“. This standard is intended to be a reliable distinctive feature for the consumer.
How does the product work?
Apply a desired amount of the lubricant onto the selected body parts and spread it onto the skin. The water-based formula gives the product a light and easy spreadable texture, which is neutral to the skin.
This lubricant creates a soft and comfortable feeling during use. A water-based formula like this will be largely absorbed by the skin over time, apply if desired extra lubricant during use to ensure a continuous pleasurable gliding. This lubricant can be easily washed off if necessary.
